RETURN POLICY:
Items can be exchanged, if due to damage or incorrect item upon arrival, within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your package. You will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged/incorrect item to be assessed before a return or exchange is approved. Pre-paid return labels will be provided during these circumstances. Any refusal to return items within a reasonable timeframe (3-5 days) will result in an invoice for payment of shipping fees. Non payment or failure to return items will further result in the customer’s inability to shop The Sparkle Room with The Sparkly Peacock items indefinitely. Please note that items that are no longer in stock cannot be replaced, you will need to choose from other available items. Worn jewelry IS NOT eligible for return or exchange and items must maintain original brand tags/labels. Refunds are circumstantial & rendered at owner’s discretion.
